He founded American Business Capital in 1996, a Registered Investment Advisor, which specializes in domain name investments and holds memberships in FINRA, Internet Commerce Association and ICANN Business Constituency. Todd has built a reputation as a trusted expert in this field and co-hosts a weekly podcast about domain law.
Chief Technology Officer; Co-Founder
Chad is a visionary entrepreneur and technologist with a proven track record in domain development, investment, and venture advisory. He’s collaborated with tech giants such as Google, Disney, and Microsoft, and his notable projects include Webex.com and DigitalPoint.com. Chad also champions philanthropic causes, supporting initiatives like HomeWork.org and Entrepreneurs.org.
Engineering Lead
Parker is an experienced software engineer and entrepreneur with over eight years in the tech industry. He cofounded SiteFast, an Austin-based tech startup, as well as The Backyard Series, a collection of ultramarathon events. His engineering prowess is centered around backend development, the creative problem solving that comes with it, and building tomorrow’s solutions today.

Blake is a full-stack creative director who does all of PayNow's design work in-house. After working professionally as an analyst for over five years, he started his own design agency in 2024, Blake Ryan Design, establishing himself in the industry. He thrives at growing startups and taking companies to the next level, and he is dedicated to make sure all PayNow assets are of the highest standard.
